Richard Bliah Associates is looking an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to provide a broad range of marketing & communication support to our Architectural Practice. The role will suit someone who can work autonomously as well as part of a team. The position is a full-time, for the period of 2 years renewable. A 3 months trial period will be required before being accepted as a full-time employee. Only successful candidates will be contacted by email. Job responsibilities:
- Producing marketing materials for the studio
- Managing public relations with existing and potential clients
- Driving new business presentations in line with the company’s strategy
- Researching events to attend and organising internal and external company events
- Development of media relationships and campaigns and social media
- Promote any strategy able to secure new business
- Responsibility for development and delivery of revenue targets
- Identify new brand development opportunities
Requirements:
- Bi-lingual (English and Japanese)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to liaise with a wide variety of clients at all levels
- Flexible to deal with changing priorities and tasks
- Ability to work autonomously and be a team player
