A building that embraces the duality of a small village and a vertical city, the Shinonome Tower is a building with its own identity in the dense ecosystem of Tokyo that seeks to nurture a new lifestyle within the condominium. With 650 apartments and more than 2,500 residents, the Shinonome Tower is a large community. Spaces and programs are aimed to encourage neighborly encounters, and designed with the community in mind. The Tower includes a kindergarten, shops, open gardens, party rooms, and tea house. The open sky garden creates a vertical plaza, allowing for both natural lighting and air circulation within the building, as well as saving energy.
